Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS - PARTIES & EVENTS
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, as long as you have given us at least 14 days' notice in advance of the event, a full refund of the deposit and any additional fees will be provided. If you request a cancellation within the 14-day period, only the additional fees and not the $100 deposit will be refunded.
If we, for any reason or at any time, need to cancel your event, you will be provided with a 100% refund of all fees and the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS - WORKSHOPS
If you need to cancel your spot in a workshop, please give us at least 2 days' notice. If you prepaid, you will receive a full refund.
If we, for any reason or at any time, need to cancel your spot in a workshop, you will be provided with a 100% refund.
RESCHEDULING - PARTIES & EVENTS
If you need to reschedule your event, please provide us at least 14 days' notice prior to the event. Your deposit and any additional fees paid will transfer from the original day of the event to the new day. If you request a rescheduling within the 14-day period, you will be required to cover the cost of catering for the new day of the event if catering has already been ordered for the original day and can no longer be cancelled.
If we, for any reason or at any time, need to reschedule your event, we will contact you immediately. If your event cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of any fees and the deposit.
RESCHEDULING - WORKSHOPS
If we, for any reason or at any time, need to reschedule a workshop, an email will be sent out immediately. If you can no longer attend due to our rescheduling, you will be provided with a full refund.
